Whew chile, Atlanta stay messy — and this time the drama ain’t even on Bravo’s cameras…yet.
According to court docs, Real Housewives of Atlanta newbie Kelli Ferrell just got slapped with a temporary protective order after her neighbor (and HOA board member) Monualda Cash accused her of rolling up uninvited and acting a full fool. 👀
Monualda claims Kelli “aggressively entered my private patio, through my private gate in a violent manner” and had to be physically restrained and removed. Not only that, but sis allegedly let a few “erratic verbal threats” fly while being pulled away. Word on the curb is there’s video footage of the whole mess. 🎥🍿
The tea got hotter after Kelli’s car was booted for parking in a fire lane (girl… not the fire lane 😩). And now, the judge says she has to stay 30 yards away from Monualda and her family until a full hearing on September 22, 2025.
Of course, Kelli’s camp is spinning it differently — saying Monualda is the one with a “concerning pattern of behavior” and has been pressed ever since Kelli joined RHOA. They’re asking folks not to spread “misinformation” and to respect her family’s privacy.
But let’s be real: HOA beef? Court orders? Fire lane boots? That sounds like classic Atlanta reality TV chaos — the kind Bravo cameras love. Somebody better be filming.
Stay tuned, cause we’ll be watching to see if this order goes permanent — and if the HOA needs its own peach next season. 🍑⚖️
