The internet is buzzing after Rah Ali publicly addressed her fallout with Nicki Minaj — and let’s just say, the tea is boiling hot.
In a viral post shared to X (formerly Twitter), Rah penned a heartfelt yet firm open letter to Nicki, accusing the rap queen of betrayal and spreading lies that could damage both Rah’s reputation and business.
“Throughout the duration of our friendship, I have been nothing but loyal and genuine,” Rah wrote. “Even if you’re going through a hard time right now, I can’t allow you to destroy me and the business I’ve built.”
The letter continues with Rah expressing her disappointment that Nicki, someone she considered a close friend, would “empower others to spread deplorable lies.” She even addressed Nicki by her full name, Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty, signaling that this was no longer a friendly spat — it’s serious.
“Show the evidence or apologize instead of sensationalizing headlines,” Rah added. “Get offline and seek help. Reclaim your peace, your time, and your crown.”
Fans quickly flooded the comments, with the Barbz defending Nicki and others praising Rah for speaking up. Many pointed out that Rah Ali has stood by Nicki’s side through countless controversies — from industry feuds to online backlash — making this public rift all the more shocking.
The two once had one of the tightest friendships in the industry. Rah even made headlines in the past for defending Nicki during the infamous altercation involving Cardi B at a fashion event years ago. But it seems like loyalty only goes so far when receipts and rumors start flying.
It seems like the bull I mean Rah Ali is hurt that Nicki allegedly accusing her for taking her Amex and swiping it. In this case Nicki didn’t mention any names so Rah might want to chill.
