According to TMZ, 21-year-old singer d4vd was arrested by LAPD and booked into L.A. County Jail Thursday night on suspicion of murdering 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. He is currently being held without bail.
Authorities say members of the robbery-homicide unit took him into custody at his Hollywood Hills home. This all ties back to a disturbing case where the teen’s remains were reportedly found in a vehicle linked to him back in September 2025.
Now HOLD ON—because his legal team is pushing back hard. His attorneys say there is no indictment, no formal charges filed yet, and they strongly deny he is responsible, vowing to fight the case.
