In today’s plot twist: Dr. Heavenly — yes, the dentist and queen of shade from Married to Medicine — is officially running for State Representative of Georgia’s District 93.
🩺 From Dentistry to the District
According to People Magazine, the 54-year-old reality TV star and entrepreneur is stepping into politics. Her campaign press release says she’s focused on:
- Healthcare access
- Economic prosperity
- Education reform
- Small business support
“I’ve spent my life helping people build confidence, start businesses, and take control of their futures,” she said. “Now I’m bringing that same passion to the State Capitol. District 93 deserves someone who’s not just talking, but doing.”
🗣️ But Y’all… Can We Talk?
We know Dr. Heavenly is bold, blunt, and knows how to command a room. But politics? This is a whole new arena. And while she may have the mouth for it, we’ll have to wait and see if she has the policy chops too.
That said, we can’t knock anyone for wanting to bring real-world experience into public service — especially when they’ve actually worked with communities and small business owners.
