Whew, chile — the tea just got tackled! Buffalo Bills star Stefon Diggs is being sued by his ex-girlfriend Mulan Hernandez, who claims he assaulted her back in June 2024 and then tried to silence her with an NDA.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Hernandez alleges that on June 7, 2024, Diggs punched her in the back of the head with a closed fist, causing a concussion. She says she was medically diagnosed that same day — and that the pain wasn’t just physical, but emotional too.
But it doesn’t stop there. 👀
Hernandez also claims Diggs flew his personal assistant to Houston shortly after the incident to pressure her into signing a non-disclosure agreement. The NDA would have barred her from speaking out about what allegedly happened.
Now she’s suing for her pain, suffering, and medical bills — asking the court for no less than $250,000 and up to $1 million in damages.
Meanwhile, Diggs has his own legal drama brewing: back in February, he filed a separate lawsuit against both Hernandez and a third woman, Brianna Mack, accusing them of assault, trespass, emotional distress, and extortion attempts. That case is still ongoing, meaning this whole saga is far from over.
🫖 AGP Take
At this point, the only thing more complicated than Diggs’ routes might be his love life. The court will have to sort through who’s telling the truth — but either way, this looks messy, expensive, and very public.
Everything stated here is alleged, y’all.
